About the Mechanic Millwright Night Shift Role
This full-time, night shift position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $40.25 to $47.75, with a comprehensive company-covered benefits package and immediate RRSP matching.

As a Mechanic Millwright, you will work with advanced technology, ensuring the smooth operation of production lines by providing both preventative and reactive maintenance.
This role requires certification in trades and a proactive mindset, as well as the flexibility to work afternoons and weekends as necessary for the business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Mechanic Millwrights tackle maintenance of production machinery, troubleshooting issues with mechanical and electrical components to keep equipment running smoothly.
Daily duties include responding to breakdown calls, performing equipment set-ups and changeovers, and ensuring safety compliance at all times.
Preventive maintenance on mixers, ovens, robotics, conveyors, and more is a key focus, alongside working closely with supervisors to resolve recurring issues.
Documentation and reporting, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and participating in process improvements round out the job’s core activities.
Working collaboratively with contractors and other team members, you’ll help maintain food safety standards and company policies throughout your shift.
