Day-to-Day Responsibilities – What to Expect
In this Senior Analyst, Client Onboarding role, you’ll work closely with GBM clients. Your interactions support both onboarding and compliance processes for new relationships.
Key activities include conducting detailed due diligence, assessing regulatory requirements, and championing a customer-centred approach every step of the way while reviewing documentation.
You’ll prioritize requests, escalate complex issues, and analyse relationships for compliance or financial risk, focusing heavily on anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (ATF).
The job invites you to act as a subject matter expert, participate in training initiatives, and support your colleagues through effective risk management and operational controls daily.
The role integrates data analytics, special projects, and cross-departmental partnerships to meet a high standard for compliance and client satisfaction.

Flexible work arrangements may be available, with support for personal growth and accommodation should you need it during the hiring process or job tenure.
Additionally, you’ll gain valuable exposure to global banking compliance, regulatory frameworks, and industry-recognized software tools as part of your duties.
This is an excellent fit if you bring a customer-focused, analytical mindset, and are eager to grow your skills within a supportive workplace culture.
Potential Drawbacks to Consider
While the position offers many advantages, it is temporary – lasting ten months – so job security beyond the contract isn’t guaranteed.
The intensity and stress of working in compliance, especially with ever-shifting priorities and tight deadlines, can be demanding and is closely reviewed by management.
